1. Warranty Period

  • Coverage: All newly manufactured equipment is covered by a ​12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
  • Scope:
    • Free repair or replacement for defects in ​materials, workmanship, or design.
    • Exclusions: Damage caused by ​misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or repairs performed by third parties.

2. Post-Warranty Support

  • Beyond 12 Months:
    • Technical assistance remains available for lifetime support.
    • Customers bear costs for ​parts replacement, labor, and transportation (quotes provided upon request).

3. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Notification: Submit a detailed defect report via email/service ticket within 7 days of issue discovery.
  2. Inspection: Our engineers will confirm defects through ​on-site evaluation or remote diagnostics.
  3. Resolution:
    • Defects confirmed: Repair or replacement within ​15 working days.
    • Non-warranty cases: Provide cost breakdown for approval.

4. Legal Limitations

  • Sole Liability: Our obligation is strictly limited to repair/replacement of defective components.
  • Exclusions:
    • Indirect losses (e.g., production downtime, data loss).
    • Claims arising from non-compliance with the user manual.
  • Jurisdiction: Disputes shall be governed by laws of ​Jiangsu Province, China.
