1. Warranty Period
- Coverage: All newly manufactured equipment is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
- Scope:
- Free repair or replacement for defects in materials, workmanship, or design.
- Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or repairs performed by third parties.
2. Post-Warranty Support
- Beyond 12 Months:
- Technical assistance remains available for lifetime support.
- Customers bear costs for parts replacement, labor, and transportation (quotes provided upon request).
3. Warranty Claim Process
- Notification: Submit a detailed defect report via email/service ticket within 7 days of issue discovery.
- Inspection: Our engineers will confirm defects through on-site evaluation or remote diagnostics.
- Resolution:
- Defects confirmed: Repair or replacement within 15 working days.
- Non-warranty cases: Provide cost breakdown for approval.
4. Legal Limitations
- Sole Liability: Our obligation is strictly limited to repair/replacement of defective components.
- Exclusions:
- Indirect losses (e.g., production downtime, data loss).
- Claims arising from non-compliance with the user manual.
- Jurisdiction: Disputes shall be governed by laws of Jiangsu Province, China.
