M-Beam Forming Machine
The M-Beam Forming Machine is designed for cold-rolled or galvanized steel, with a material thickness range of 2-3.5mm. It operates at a speed of 5-12m/min and features 13 roll stations. Powered by a 45kW motor, the machine includes a 5.5kW hydraulic power unit and uses chain drive for smooth operation. The system is controlled by a Panasonic/Omron/Siemens/Mitsubishi PLC. This machine is equipped with a hydraulic decoiler and a punch system to enhance the production process, ensuring high efficiency in forming M-beams.
