C Beam Forming Machine
The C Beam Forming Machine is designed for high-efficiency production of C-shaped beams. With a forming speed of 12-20 meters per minute, it handles materials ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 mm in thickness. Featuring 19 roll stations, an 11 kW main motor, and a 5.5 kW hydraulic power unit, the machine is engineered for precision and durability. It is controlled via a Panasonic, Omron, Siemens, or Mitsubishi PLC system and uses a chain drive mechanism for smooth operation. The machine comes with a 5-ton manual decoiler, with the option for a motorized version.
