M-Beam Guardrail Forming Machine
The M-Beam Guardrail Forming Machine is designed for manufacturing high-quality M-beam guardrails used in highway and road safety. Featuring a powerful 45 kW main motor and high-speed production capability (5m–12m/min), it uses a joint coupling drive system. The machine is equipped with 13 roller stations made of GCR15 steel, hardened to 58°-62° and chrome-plated for durability. With precise control via a Panasonic PLC and touch screen, the machine ensures reliable and efficient production of guardrails, meeting international quality standards.
