Step Beam Forming Machine
The Step Beam Forming Machine is designed for the production of step-shaped beams with a thickness range of 1.5-1.8mm. Equipped with 31 forming stations, it achieves a forming speed of 15 meters per minute. The machine utilizes chain drive and features a flying saw cutting system for precise cutting. Powered by a 2-22kw motor, it offers flexibility in decoiler options (manual or motorized) and uses high-quality PLC control systems from Panasonic, Omron, Siemens, or Mitsubishi.
